First of all, on the initial interview, I was impressed with their attitude, energy and "game plan." These all were well applied on their first work session. The had a great up-beat attitude and quickly complied with any and all requests. Their work was very thorough and all-encompassing - they didn't miss a thing!! It was quickly evident they were well organized in their job. While not mandatory for the job, they were amiable, outgoing, and pleasant to be around.
I look forward to a long, ongoing bi-weekly cleaning effort by them. I whole-heartedly recommend them to all who need a reliable, competent team to clean their home.

My friend uses Maid 2 Impress and constantly brags about their services. I decided to give them a try, and all I can say is WOW! I finally found a company who can clean my home better than I do. Jonna & Elizabeth show up every week on time with smiles on their faces, and are 2 hard working women! They always go above and beyond, and I am always impressed! It was our first experence trying this cleaning company, they were referred to us by a friend. They arrived on schedule and asked if we had any special requests concerning cleaning, which we did and shared with them. They promptly went to work cleaning our home with all of there own cleaning supplies and tools of there trade. It was very comfortable having Jonna and Elizabeth in our home as they were very personable and always wearing a smile. About two hours later our home sparkled and smelled wonderful. We've used cleaning companies in the past but I must say this time was different, they seemed to clean our home with ease and comfort as though they'd been here a dozen times prior and knew all the nooks and crannies that needed attention. That said our friends referral was a home run, we set up a biweekly cleaning schedule with Jonna and are looking forward to seeing them both again. Jonna and Elizabeth do an amazing job on our vacation rental home. I am especially particular about how things are done since this home is our business and investment. They are thorough and meticulous and take care of every detail, down to the adorable folded towels. They listened to our requirements and have met every one! While we are away they have been a God-send in taking care of the house without us and I don't know how we would manage without them. On occasions when they needed to substitute they are well staffed with their mother and aunt who also do a great job, with their years of experience and expertise. Even Roscoe stepped up to help us with maintenance when we were in a pinch. They are incredibly professional and motivated to maintain a good reputation for their company. I have no concerns about depending on them because I know they won't let me down. Most of all, they are good people, honest and trustworthy, and fun to be around too! I hope we can maintain our relationship for many years to come!

I have been a satisfied Maid 2 Impress customer since May 2014. Jonna & Elizabeth are amazing, hard working women. They always go above and beyond their "basic responsibilities", which means a lot to me! When I was considering hiring a cleaning company I call 2 or 3 well known companies, but was impressed when the owner came to meet me at my home. I feel like they truly care, and they continue to impress me with their customer service. When I walked into my bathroom and saw the toilet paper folded into flowers, I knew they were the maids for me! Outstanding service. We own a beach rental property in Pinellas County. We hired Maid2Impress in May of this year, just prior to the busy summer season to do our guest departure cleanings. We have not for a moment regretted that decision. The price that was presented was very competitive, but more importantly the job they perform has been outstanding. On their initial visit they performed a very thorough and much needed deep cleaning. Since then they have maintained this high standard of cleanliness. I have on occasion stayed at my own property and have seen the work they do first hand; I can honestly say in all of my other vacation and business travel experiences, I have not found cleaner accommodations. Because of the fine job they do, I regularly receive positive comments from guests regarding the condition of our home upon their arrival.
Along with the terrific job they do keeping the place so clean, they have also proven to be extremely reliable, as we have never encountered a schedule miss-hap. They also maintain a great line of communication, always available when I need to reach them and also do an exceptional job of keep me informed of potential maintenance issues that they have come across. I was looking for a monthly cleaning service and Jonna and Elizabeth promptly replied to my enquiry and were there to give me an estimate on time. I liked them in the first few minutes. I kind of had this feeling that they would do a good job. The price was also similar to what I was paying my previous house cleaner before she had to move to another state, which is reasonable. We agreed on a date and time and I was looking forward to it. On the set day, they arrived promptly and got all their cleaning supplies. They right away went to work. They scrubbed every nook and corner and did everything I asked.for. My oven was stained from an oil spill I haven't noticed. Jonna got it look like new again. My husband was surprised at how spotless the house looked after they are done. I am no longer worried about my house being clean. I would recommend them to anyone. They are the best.

Jonna & Elizabeth have been a joy to work with. My husband and I have 2 vacation rental properties. We were very dissatisfied with our previous housekeeper and was more than anxious to find a replacement. I was in the process of interviewing a 'list' of prospective cleaning services, when they showed up on time (actually a few minutes early!) for our initial interview. They cleaned our home from top to bottom. Made up our beds, cleaned bathrooms so spotless it looked like they were new with that incredible spring fresh smell. Dusted all furniture, windex all mirrors and glass, took special care of my Piano, Vacuumed all carpet and swept and mop all hardwood floors.
Jonna and Lizzy are amazing to say the ways punctual, will do everything that is asked of them. Very sincere and honest that we often leave them in our home with a key unattended. They are the owners of Maid 2 Impress and will keep them cleaning my home as long as I live in the Saint Petersburg area. After contacting Elizabeth from Maid2impress she responded immediately and professionally, scheduling a time for the service and working with us despite of a very tight schedule between a pest control treatment and the renter moving in. Maid2impress showed up on time and performed all required services. They noted a few things that had not been mentioned and contacted me to let me know and get the go-ahead to take care of these items, showing that they do care and pay attention rather than just going through the motions! Once the service was completed they notified me, sending a complete report of the work performed, mentioning a few items they noted that may need attention such as a leaking water dispenser on the refrigerator. Following up the report they send photos of the work performed since I was out of town, my realtor who did the walk-through with our tenant prior to move-in confirmed that the apartments were spotless. Working with Elizabeth from Maid 2Impress is a pleasure, they are excellent communicators and they showed up when they said they would, doing the job we had asked them to do. I will work with Maid2Impress going forward for all our rental properties in the St. Petersburg area!
